1. General Principle

(Travel Services – Airline Tickets & Travel Packages)

Airline tickets, travel packages, and related services are subject to specific fare rules, supplier terms, and conditions imposed by airlines, hotels, and service providers. Each ticket or service purchased may carry different Refund eligibility, Cancellation terms, and Amendment fees. There is no single standard refund policy applicable to all bookings.

Requests for date changes, name corrections, or upgrades are subject to airline approval, fare differences, and administrative charges. Any additional costs must be borne by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable) are subject to specific fare rules and airline penalties. Administrative charges apply to all cancellations. Processing time depends on the airline/supplier.

5. Travel Packages & Other Services

For tours and hotel bookings, refundability depends on supplier contracts. Peak season or promotional packages may be non-refundable.

Failure to appear for departure or check-in (“No Show”) may result in full forfeiture of payment with no refund eligibility, subject to supplier policy.

7. Cancellation by Consurv Ventures

If a booking is cancelled due to Force majeure, government restrictions, or airline decisions, customers may be offered a refund (subject to supplier approval), travel credit, or alternative arrangements.
